Helping you master your own ‘inner-game’ of golf
How One Simple Non-Golf Technique (Which You Can Easily Do In 3 Minutes Before You Tee Off) Instantly Releases The Hidden Raw Power, Accuracy And Balance You Naturally Have… And Gives You Definitive Edge On The Greens
Finally Golf The Game You Want To Be Golfing… Without All The Fancy Gizmos, Doo-Hickeys And Countless Hours With Expensive Golf Pros
Have you ever played a more frustrating game than golf? One day you feel invincible and can launch a tee-shot 280 yards. The next day you can barely get it past the tee box. (many people go through these swings in a single round of golf – one fabulous hole – the next a complete disaster).
Does it make any sense to you at ALL?
We invest all this time and money on the outer game of golf – the clothes, the clubs, the fees – and we are lucky to walk away with a sense of achievement.
Not only that, but the PROS aren’t much better!
Tiger can nail a drive down the fairway 300 yards, the duff the next chip shot onto the green, ending up with a bogie instead of a birdie.
If they haven’t got a 100% perfect record, how do you have chance to knock off the next 10 strokes form your game?
Sorry to say, unless you master the inner game of golf, you have no chance of ever showing up all your friends on the course… not consistently anyhow.
Until now…
“Master The Inner Game Of Golf Using this Simple and Easy to Learn Relaxation Technique and Watch Your Strokes Drop, Your Consistency Skyrocket, and Your Confidence Soar (no matter how long you have been playing, or how well you hit)
Now it is possible…
With a simple self-help procedure that is safe, easy to learn, and simple to use, this goal is within our reach! The tool is EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).
It has helped golfers of all levels easily overcome internal flaws, anxieties, and self-imposed limitations on how well you could be golfing… and much more…
What is EFT?
EFT is an internal healing tool that offers new explanations and tools to help you improve the mental side of your golf game. The emotional factors that come into play during a round of golf can easily limit the length of your drives, cause you inconsistent play, make you frustrated with your game (further feeding the inconsistency) and can severely limit how well you will ever be able to play.
Golf pros are masters at the mental side of golf – they HAVE TO BE with all the commotion and distraction around them during the typical rounds. Even with their mastery of this – they still make mistakes…
..but the mistakes they make are made when they forget about the mental game of golf… as soon as they forget… they mess up
So, once you understand how to use this in your game, you will see a much better score, and an overall much better feeling of satisfaction with yourself on “the 19th hole”.
EFT is a simple technique that you can do in just a few minutes before your game, and can be taught to you on the course or in your home or office.
EFT is an emotional version of acupuncture without the needles. Instead, we stimulate certain meridian points by tapping on them with our fingertips.
The idea is that negative emotions are caused by imbalances in the body's subtle energy system and this tapping serves to restore that balance. Properly done, even the most difficult conditions or heaviest distractions become "just something else that happened."
This is what Steve Sayre says about using EFT to help his Golf Game:
“I am an avid golfer. My wife wanted to assist me in developing golfing consistency. Through her efforts she secured the video and audio tapes as well as the manual for Emotional Freedom Techniques. After detailed study of the materials we began to use the approach. My wife chose an issue other than golf to address. I, of course, chose to reduce my golf handicap.
Specifically, I wanted to reduce the anxiety I felt before many golf shots that I played. We tapped the anxiety several times. I then set out to play my first round of post therapy golf.
I am a six handicap who usually shoots 78 for an 18 hole round. The first post therapy round score was a 75. To check this result, I played another 18 holes the same afternoon. Again the score was a 75. I continued to test the results to identify lower scores that seem to be a direct result of tapping to reduce anxiety.
I have played some six 18 hole rounds of golf since the EFT approach was started. It seems there has been a 33% reduction in my handicap due to the EFT Techniques.
To ensure sound continuing golf performance, I tap while on the course or rub the sore spot. It is difficult to explain to playing partners what I am doing so I have begun to tell them the following: "There exists a technique that can or may use pressure in a very defined way to reduce tension and increase golfing performance."
I will continue to use EFT in my golfing experiences.”

Gary Craig, a Stanford graduate in Electrical Engineering, developed EFT in 1995. EFT releases mental, emotional, physical and mechanical blocks from the cells of your body. The events we experience in our lives happen to us on a physiological level. They literally bypass our conscious mind.
This is how the brain processes a stressful stimulus, i.e. performance anxiety, doubt, fear.
- Stress chemicals are released by the hypothalamus of the brain
- These stress chemicals flood the body and are experienced as an emotion (i.e. anxiety, doubt, fear, etc)
- These stress chemicals lock onto specific cell receptor sites
- In response to constant stress stimuli, cells increase their number of cell receptor sites specific to these stress chemicals
We then spend our time trying to deal with this constant stress, anxiety, fear etc. on a psychological level rather than the physiological level at which it occurred.
How Does EFT Work?
Emotional Freedom Techniques helps your body to easily release this stored stress. This is painlessly accomplished through a series of taps on specific points on the body using your fingertips, while focused on the performance challenge you are having.
It is like a do-it-yourself acupuncture with no needles involved! EFT removes mental, emotional, physical, and mechanical blocks on a cellular level, which then allows your body to return to a state of balance. This allows you to perform at your optimum level.
It is easy to learn, simple to use and results are immediate and permanent. The best part is that you don’t have to believe it will work for it to work! You can remain completely skeptical and it will still work.

Testimonial from Ron Johnson
While Ron Johnson used EFT consistently on the golf course for each part of his game, he often zeroed in on particular types of shots. Here for your perusal is how he used EFT to improve his putting...
“My statements began something like…”even though putting is extremely frustrating, I still completely accept myself.” I would practice on the putting green with 10-twenty foot putts, 10-ten foot putts and 10-five foot putts. Each time, I would go through the nine-step process with the same statement…”Even though these putts are nerve-racking, I still completely accept myself.” I found that I began to feel much more confident over the putts and some actually went in the cup. Three-putts to get the ball in the hole began to disappear and, within three months, my average scores went from 95-100 down to 85-90. I’ve had many rounds in the 70’s during the past year and I am now setting a goal of shooting below 70. The process works equally well with each shot in the game, not just the putter. In fact, I now use the process before beginning the round with the following statements: “Even though I am filled with apprehension on this round, I completely and totally accept myself.”
